Hello Carlos,

I have checked your issue.
When you create a new record from one2many in routing it displayed the id of work-center instead of name.
When you save the record then the name_get is called and which is display the name instead of id.

So this is not a bug and I am closing this issue.

Bug description:
  Hi,
  In the routing form (Manufacturing /Configuration / master BOM /Routings ), the id of the work center appears instead of the name.
  please the the scrreenshot attached.
  The id = 3 should be replaced by the name of the work center.
