Title:
  Wish - extra field for taxes definition, usage and invoice to comply
  witgh European VAT regulation

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):

Bug description:
  There is a legal requirement to mention properly the VAT regulation
  rules apllied when local vat is not due (INTRA-EEC). Typically this
  mention will include the local vat article and the article in European
  directive such ".... following the VAT directive 2006/1112/CE...'

  So the wish: add a translatable text field on account.tax,
  account.invoice.tax and make sure this is printed in front of the vat
  code and short line of text.

  Chaning this in a module is difficult because this require overloading
  completely the function to compute taxes that copy information from
  account.tax to account.invoice.tax
