Hello Nina.

I also tried to install this module (hr_skill) and I had got the same
error. The problem is that module are not traslated to v6.0. I've
translated to v6, but I'm still waitintg for approval to upload.

I've attached this module updated to v6.0 and with spanish translation
added. I hope it's useful for you.
