  v6 file license.rtf missing called in setup.nsi

Bug description:
  Hi,
  server revision 3365
  with this correction :
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-server/6.0/revision/3364
  file license.rtf has been deleted.
  The problem is that it is called/used in setup.nsi line 117 :
  !insertmacro MUI_PAGE_LICENSE "doc\License.rtf"

  then with this file deleted, the build crashes ...
