  [v6] label module menu error for v6

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):

Bug description:
  I am trying to install "label" module in v6 but I get a "recursive menu error"
  it's not really a recursive menu problem, but it's due to the fact that the menu "Partner" doesn't exist anymore...
  so I propose in my patch to put it into "Administration->configuration->Labels"
