Title:
  The Account Charts can not be visible in create Account Chart Wizard :
  Selection Field except Default Account Chart.

Bug description:
  I have faced this problem with the latest trunk code when I am
  creating a new database and try to install the different charts, Only
  Generic Chart of account is listed on the selection field not the
  other related charts.
