This work perfectly with a recent version of the lib. 
I will add specification in __openerp__.py and add a test on lib version when I will have some times.

  report_webkit sample - does not print header on each page

  to reproduce 
  select multiple invoices
  header is only printed ONCE but should (obviously) printed for each invoice
