I am using wkhtmltopdf 0.10.0 rc2

but only get ONE header if  I select 5 invoices

may be because in 6.0.x addons 4408 is not the latest code ?

Bug description:
  to reproduce 
  select multiple invoices
  header is only printed ONCE but should (obviously) printed for each invoice
