opening the attachment from crm helpdesk sets the current user as search
criteria
the imported attachemnts "belong" to CRM bot who imported the Mails
whenever the attachment form is opened the current user is set as filter
- IMHO attachments "belong" to the object not to any particular user.
the user is the one who created the attachment - but this is mostly
irrelevant and bears the danger that someone does ot even look for
attachments created by other people - organisational not desirable.

Bug description:
the mailgateway set the crm bot as owner
the attachment display set the current user as default filter for owner
hence the are never visible "at first glance"
IMHO the owner filter for attachments should not be on by default - it makes little organisational sense on a collaboration plattform to see only "owned" attachments anyhow
