  [5.15] base contact csv export regression

Bug description:
  Hello,

  In base contact V5.15 when you export contacts from gtk client if you do a csv export of a related "function and address/Address" and the contact has no address linked to itself. It will corrupt the csv and instead of an empty entry it writes the name of the contact and sometimes break number of cols.
