[Bug 741655] Re: openerp server down
Whisnu,
Do you mean that the specific situation you describe results in an error
but, simply launching the server, for instance, generates correctly the
logs and install correctly any module?
For instance, are you able to simply run the server and see the logs,
either on the console or in a file?
** Changed in: openobject-server

Title:
openerp server down
Status in OpenERP Server:
Incomplete
Bug description:
We have two openerp installation. The first one is OpenERP V6 in Ubuntu Server 10.10 using tar.gz (source installation) from openerp.com, the secodn one is OpenERP Server, OpenERP AddOns, OpenERP Web from Bazaar in Debian Squeez (latest pull on March 23, 2011). Both server using HP Proliant with CPU XEON 2,8GHz and RAM 2GB.
In both server we create 6 new databases and install all the available OpenERP module in the same time.
In both server, we need 12 minutes to reach the Application Installation Wizard (after database created) and finally when we choose all the available module and click on install button, the OpenERP is down with no server’s error log. The one and only log is comes up on the browser which told us that some python code is error.
Has anyone have a suggestion or perhaps the solution?
