I have tested your scenario but can not reproduce any error.
I have checked with the following revisions.
- server=3376
- web-client=4626
- addons=4588

Please update your code and check again. If error occurs than correct me.
I have attached video for your reference.

  write concurrency warning while you created a request for quotation or

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  trunk

  create a sale order or a purchase order and a write concurrency
  warning occurs

  This document has been modified while you were editing it.
  Choose:

      - "Cancel" to cancel saving.
      - "Write anyway" to save your current version.

  It shouldn't hapen because i work in local and alone on the same db
