Hello Juan,

I have tried it with the all in one installer and with only window's gtk
client also but it works fine. Please make sure that you did not enter
any accented characters in mail which is send using the send mail button
of history in helpdesk form.

For now I am setting it as an incomplete as I required more information
from your side.

Bug description:
  Helpdesk module crash.

  Step 1:  I started helpdesk module, afterthat I changed the view from list to form; then, I got a crash error.
  Step 2: This is the message I got:
