Its fixed in lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/trunk-bug-740517-ara branch. It will be merge soon with trunk addons.

  [membership] invoice membership action missing

Bug description:
  With the membership module in V6, there is no more "invoice membership" action available.
  This makes it impossible to create bulk invoices for a group of partners which is very annoying and cancels large part of the interest of the module. This function did exist in v5 and I suppose the action is simply missing in the view.
