Hello skh,

As far as I can see you only modified l10n_be_vat_intra.py but you also
need to modify account_pcmn_belgium.xml: remove 44a and 44b, modify 44
and 46, add 46a and 46b

I have them in dutch ( we did a dutch translation of l10n_be:
