It's not my case but I have juste want to understand why this issue
occure and then how solve it.

I thinks Kyle as rigth openerp try to lock stock_move table but in my
case stock move are done in a cron ( when auto confirm order ) so if 2
cron run at the same time. On of them could block other.

  When I confirm manualy or not kind of orders this error occured :

  OperationalError: could not obtain lock on row in relation
  "ir_sequence"

  Is someone know how solve this ?
