You are using 6.0.1 version of web-client.
In 6.0.1 this problem is not fixed.
It fixed in stable web-client with the following revision.

Revision-info:
4466 xmo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20110128152115-lala91iyddf5zy5p

So You can update your code or you can download the latest stable
version from launchpad.

Title:
  many2one & many2many fields Error

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  First of all OpenERP V6 is working great and the interface is looking cool .
  But i found that some issue in handling with many2one and many2many fields.
  Error i faced:
       I tried to create a new user, while trying to add some groups(many2many) i found only one group in the popup window. The same happened in adding country(many2one) in address book form, adding users to the groups(many2many), customer in sale order(many2one) and when ever i try to access partner(supplier/ customer) i get only one entry for the search. Even though i have a lot of entries for all the above fields.
       
        But this is working great with client interface.
