Change qty allow you to change the qty you will produce locally (instead
of editing mannualy lines in both product to consume and finished
product) but it doesnt not change the stock moves from the raw material
to the production location.

Bug description:
  If you change the production qty in a manufacturing order the related
  moves (picking list INT or OUT) weren't updated. If you enabled
  'autopicking' you have chance to correct the qty here.
