[Bug 748724] Re: web client does not show complete information
Hello,
Would you please try again with the latest code or update your DB with
-u all -d your database because I have tested it but it's working fine.
I have attached screenshot for your reference so please check it and
notify us.

web client does not show complete information

Bug description:
I am testing help desk module via web client.
Step 1: I installed server and web client 6.0.2. I create a new
database with sample data activated and select only crm module with
help desk module only. Click on helpdesk menu option, double click on
any record from the list, the form appear, afterthat, click on open
button, next save the record,next click on "communication and history"
tab. The information about who change the state does not appear.
Step 2: Result I watch is lack of information about who change state record.
Step 3: I expected watch in the tab, information about who update the record.
Step 4 and 5: I am using openERP Server and web client version 6.0.2 over Win XP SP3 and Apache web server 2.2.
I did the same test over online free trial and the result is showed in
a right way.
I attached a document with both images.
