  [PS] Impossible to save a task with a numerical name

Bug description:
  trunk, revno 3377

  * Project/Project/Tasks, create a task and enter as name a numeric
  value as for example "06" then save

  Obtained result : the system asks to correct red field

  Expected result : the task is saved
