Hello Ariel E. Figueroa,

You are facing this problem may be because of wrong configuration of the
base currency.

Please check that as MXN is your base currency, Rate is set to 1(Base
currency Rate is always set to 1).

And for Dollar the Rate is set to 0.084033.

  sales_margin bad calculation in sales make in currency not base

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  under the following scenario sales_margin module is not correctly
  calculating the margin of a sale:

  The base currency is Mexican Pesos (MXN) and the rate is 0.084033 dollars per peso.
  The product costs $ 15000.00 pesos
  The sale price is 35000.00 pesos.

  Making a sale of the product in dollars, the system calculates the
  margin to next form:

  2941.15 (sale price in dollars) - 15000 (purchase price in pesos) =
  Incorrect margin: -12058.85
