Vinay, Salvi,

the status of "opinion" makes sense indeed because that issue need
discussion as to weather we expect the unit price to be updated or not
when we change the quantity.

We should update it because the price list could list different prices
for different quantities (as Salvi points out)

However we should _not_ update it because a user that changed manually
the price could expect to keep that price without having to re-enter it

Last, the behaviour of that in sale orders and invoices (and...) should
be the same.

This is related to (not a duplicate but somewhat the opposite of)
#745795. (and...)
