  overwriting reports ADDS report definitions

Status in OpenERP Server:
  New

Bug description:
  IMHO the attached xml should replace the existing report definitions
  to use the new report files

  instead these definitions are added to the reports definition giving 2
  resources which differ only by report name.

  also 2 identical "Actions" are created.

  for some magic reason it works correctly but I kindly ask to check
  because at least for the admin/user it's very confusing
