Hello Aline,

I have checked your issue, but the problem is that the employee have not  Timesheet Line's rights.
So the Human Resources / Time Tracking / Timesheet Lines menu not displayed with only employee group.

To solve this problem I have add  hr.analytic.timesheet object's rights
to employee groups and add employee group to this menu.

Then I have created a record rule for Timesheet lines So particular user
can see only his timesheet line

It has been fixed in lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/trunk-
bug-755659-ara branch. It will be merge soon with trunk addons.

Bug description:
  - install hr_timesheet in a db with demo data
  - create a user with ony employee and prtner /manager groups
  - go to Human Resoucres / Time Tracking / Timesheet Lines
  - make clear
  - All timesheet lines appear -> it shoudn't. en employee shouldn't be able to see other employees records
