It's great. But after some tests I can't still get the expected result.
Please check my database for exporting tax code. I attach you 2 files.
One is  tax code exported csv file. Another is my database (username:
admin/ passwd: admin)

  Export funtion does not support Unicode

  Hi,

  In tax codes, after I define them using unicode (Vietnamese ), I
  export to csv file. But in the CSV file, it can't display in
  Vietnamese. For example, I define tax code with tax case name "Thuế
  GTGT phải nộp". In CSV file, it is displayed as "Thuế GTGT phải
  ná»™p"
