[Bug 746265] Re: crm - missing: filter on write date
You're right we shouldn't abuse write_date, but. What happen, when you
send a mail, the state is change to pending (the ressource is changed =>
write_date is updated)
and when the reply arrive the state change to open again (again write on
the ressource so write_date is updated)
So to solve you're problem you just need to add a filter on write date
in the search view of crm_helpdesk

Bug description:
currently the butons filter (only) on (incoming) date,
incoming answers do not update this field ( i do not know if it should)
hence incoming answers are NOT classified and not searchable with Today / 7 Days buttons nor even with a filter
IMHO the existing field date_action_last should be filled and used
for filtering, but is empty (since feb 2010 when I moved to v5 ??)
