This happens only on an existed database. With new database created,

  can't access journal form in build 4576

Bug description:
  Hi,

  My issue is that after installing module account_asset, menu
  Accounting / Configuration / Financial Accounting / Journals /
  Journals can't be accessed. So I can't access to Journal form to edit
  or add new journals. My current openobject-client-web is 4576.

  In the previous build 4569, this issue does not exist.
