I say that it's possible to add working time in a confirmed or validated
timesheet. I say it's very anoying. I think an employee shouldn't add
working time in a period where he have a validated timesheet.

Bug description:
  In 5.0.15 version (not test in 5.0.16), for the module timesheet, it's
  possible for a employee adding working time in a confirmed timesheet.
  It's annoying, isn't it?
