Hello,

I apologise for my last comment as #3.
For more testing i have found that the problem is if i enter any IBAN and save it than its appear message like 
"The IBAN is invalid, It should begin with the country code"

It will be fixed soon.

Bug description:
  after selecting IBAN the IBAN field must become enterable which is not the case.
  hence it is imposssible to enter the IBAN account number with WEB client
