  o2m duplicate row button

Status in OpenERP GTK Client:

Bug description:
  We created a way to duplicate o2m rows through the widget.

  The attached patch was created with OpenERP v6.0.1.
  It has not been thoroughly tested with many models. And the code could use some optimizing.
  But it should be a good start for those looking for the functionality.
