Still bugs reporting is never satisfactory since there are so many
cases:
addons + server + web+client: through launchpad 

extra-addons+apps in the new repository : send a mail to the author
(which many times is not included in the module)?

That's why I always report them in Launchpad (as they can affect more
people) but the triage in Launchpad should be able to assign the bug to
the author of the launchpad branch so that he know sand
intervenes/corrects the bug.
