I have tried to reproduce the Unicode problem with Different languages, but did not able to face this issue at my end.
So, Would you please elaborate more like problem occurred with which language.

  I'm testing openerp-webclient v6.0.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop,
  Python2.6, PostgreSQL 9.0.2

  Why my web-client display looks like that ? ( see attached image)
