  [6.1 trunk] [account] :  Cannot add account when creating bank
  statement

Bug description:
  Hi there!

  When using Accounting>Cash and Banks>Bank Statement
  1. create new statement
  2. select account for statement
  empty accounts list shows up.

  cannot save, as account is mandatory.
