[Bug 721180] Re: [6.0] crm - no more ticket number ?

 

I attach a screenshot how to set up an automated mail

the helptext is not helpful, the correct syntax is only available after
checking  the code.

Bug description:
  in v5 we had "visible" ticket numbers which have also been printed in the "subject" of emails
  this information is not available nay more - neither in mails not in in forms
  how should the communication with partners etc work now ?
