     I have tested the Your Scenario at My end and I got the Expected Result that you have mention with addons rev no : 4663, Can you please check the problem again with latest addons.

  [PS] Wrong scheduled action generated bu the Subscription module

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  trunk, revno 3378

  * Install the Subscription module
  * Create a document type : Sales Order 
  * Create a subscription linked to an existing Sales Order (for example SO001)
  * Process the subscription

  Obtained result : No Sales Order created and a scheduled action
  generated but with number of calls equals to 0

  Expected result : One Sales Order created and a scheduled action
  generated with a number of calls equals to -1 (i.e. unlimited)
