I have tested the expense  form with latest trunk and stable code, it's working fine at my end.
Would you please check it again with latest updated code and notify us.

Bug description:
  When creating expense form and encodind the analytic field; when
  validating and transform it in invoice; the analytic account was not
  retrieved in the invoice form
