  [V5][V6?] encoding problem with picking from sale order

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I haver found an encoding problem:

  - Create an sale order and you change the name to : SO/0001 Tééé
  - then you save it, no problem
  - But when you confirm it, you will received an encoding problem from picking

  you will find a patch attached to resolved this problem
