Following steps to reproduce the bug:

(1) Create New SO 
(2) Open tab..  "Other Information"
(3) Selection field Piking Policy, try to set as default for particular user(it is not working)

  Cannot 'set as default' Warehouse field in PO

Bug description:
  I try to 'set as default some fields like warehouse in PO or Language
  in partners and even if the information is correctly stored in
  ir.values, the form does not take into account the defaulted values
