We tend to agree with you that there is a typo mistake about the model
name hr.allounce.deduction.categoty  which should be
hr.allowance.deduction.category.

But, this little problem can go unnoticed when it does not crash
anything.

It is not advisable to do any change over stable version as far as such
typos are concerned.

Hence, I am closing the bug for stale version as well and as already
said by Mustufa Rangwala(OpenERP),we will have an improved payroll
module.

  In coding, there is a typo in class hr_allounce_deduction_category. It
  should be hr_allowance_deduction_category.
