this part of the statement does not return any value for period_to for
FY starting in the future

in normal accounting systems future fiscal years are needed for
budgeting and hence might be selected (although I agree that for this
purpose it does not make much sense , but users will select these if
they are available.)

  account chart - start and end period reversed

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  New

Bug description:
  after selectiong the fiscal year the start/end periods show up in the
  wrong fields

  obviously the UNION statement in
  account/wizard/account_chart.py
  does not guarantee a correct result, even the period id's are ascending
  IMHO these statements must be separated
