Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce :
  - make new supplier invoice with vat and validate it
  - enter payment entry
  - reconcile the invoice move line with payment
  - at this time, the invoice is tagged as paid and the payment appears in payment tab
  - reconcile vat move line with other vat move lines (when tax declaration to authorities is done)
  - check again in invoice payment tab. vat move lines should not appear
