I think this is more of an issue of the browser configuration than
OpenERP itself. It's likely that the browser you're using set PDF files
as text, thus displayed in browser, instead of a PDF reader.

You can also check/compare the header of that PDF report with other
reports that work correctly.

  I have a few reservations in the hotel module, but anytime I run any
  report, I get a long error message. Below is the error i got from
