Title:
  exchange rate should have from and to currency

Status in OpenERP Server:

Bug description:
  Currently the exchange rate is designed as conversion to the base
  rate. It's better to have the exchange rate that have the form: <from
  currency>:<to currency>:<rate>. This is similar to the format used in
  exchange rate tools, facilitating the direct data importation from
  such tools to OpenERP, it also reduce the possible wrong configuration
  when change the base currency (e.g. as of 04-May-2011, 1 EUR =
  30,682.00 VND , or 1 VND = 0.0000325924 EUR, so if using EUR as the
  base, we will have in OpenERP rateVND=30682 (date=04-May-2011, and
  rateEUR=1. If the base is set to base.VND, then 1VND=30682EUR (!!!).
