  [PS] Not possible to define the working schedule defined on a contract
  from the HR menu

Bug description:
  trunk server revno 3411

  * Install hr_contract
  * From Human Resources/Human Resources/Contracts, create a new Contract
  * You can specify a "Working Schedule"

  Obtained result : this "Working Schedule" can only be defined from the
  Contract form view

  Expected result : the "Working Schedule" can be defined from the
  configuration of the HR menu (for example under Human
  Resources/Configuration/Human Resources/Contract)
