Hello Cristian,

I have checked this issue again at my end  but now all are working as
expected.

I think  the problem is fixed and data are imported successfully  when
the parent id comes form the name_search method.

Currently I am set it as a "Fix released".

So would you please check with the latest updated code if you still
faced any problem then you can reopen this.

  client crash importing data

Bug description:
  I ma trying to import tax codes in v6 stable revno1814 and:
  Data is not imported give this error  http://paste.pocoo.org/show/346673/
  then the client rash with segmentation fault

  I attached the file what i am trying to import in tax codes.
