Title:
  [project_long_term]related tasks don't work properly without edit mode
  in phase.

Bug description:
  OpenERP version 6.0.2
  When creating new tasks in project long term, they doesn't automatically link with project and phase if the phase was not in edit mode when "related tasks" was clicked (web client only).
