1) IMHO not enterable fields shouldn't be bold (=mandatory) either !

2) I need to import journals from another system and hence I need to
import the "number" too, but this is apparently another issue.

Bug description:
  import seems not to tak into account the special situation fo the journal views
  mandatory fields are not selectable for import
