  [6.0] record rule for account.tax is incorrect

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I noticed that the default record rule for account.tax is
  ['|',('company_id','=',False),('company_id','=',user.company_id.id)]

  It should be
  ['|',('company_id','=',False),('company_id','child_of',user.company_id.id)]
  instead.
