Title:
  Should not allow to change the printed invoice (PDF attachment)

Bug description:
  Currently, once an invoice is validated and printed, its PDF is
  created and attached but the attachment can be changed (uploaded from
  new file, as long as the same name is kept), thus it can be a
  potential problem. The attachment once created should not be altered
  from normal upload operation.
