[Bug 742613] Re: (6.0) MO: production lot in products to consume

I believe this is the same bug that I have:
I have PRODUCTA with qty 7 and prodlot 00001, and I set this product up to track lots.

In a production I use 2 PRODUCTA as raw materials. The production never asks me to enter the lot #s, and
then I creates 2 NEW lot numbers for PRODUCTA!!!! So at the end, I have this in inventory:

PRODUCTA prodlot 00001, qty 7
PRODUCTA prodlot 00002, qty -1
PRODUCTA prodlot 00003, qty -1

Not pretty! OpenERP cannot just "invent" prodlot #s - it should be
either forcing the user to enter a valid prodlot#, or assigning a proper
one based on real prodlots and available qtys per location.

Title:
(6.0) MO: production lot in products to consume

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
(already reported to support on 06.01.11 / ticket id 3732)

set component A in product.form as 'batch handled'

create a new MO with BoM which has got product A as component, confirm
  MO

  'consume' component A

  first issue:
  production lot is NOT mandantory

  second issue:
with consumption without production lot OpenERP generates new production lots in 'Consumed Products'

  third issue:
after you selected a production lot in 'Products to Consume' this production lot quite often gets lost e.g. after 'scraping' in products to consume....
